I would try a different USB cable. Also, please try on another computer to verify if the problem follows the microphone.
If the above does not work, you may send the microphone and USB cable to the Audio-Technica Service Department and we'll take a look at it.www.audio-technica.com/service
It is important to note that Audio-Technica does not manufacture any drivers; any USB microphone gets recognized by the USB Audio Codec that comes with the computer's operating system. If the microphone passes our Quality Control department's inspection and we return the microphone to you, then I would contact either the manufacturer of your computer/motherboard, or contact your OS Tech Support.
